But the Russians are not stupid, as it is often believed in the West. Large numbers of pensioners, workers and officials would never believe in the imperial propaganda, would not let Putin to deceive them, if it wasn’t for the better living they suddenly had.
I believe in American exceptionalism, just as I suspect that the Brits believe in British exceptionalism and the Greeks believe in Greek exceptionalism.
Unfortunately, much of the Russians want to be equal to the Europeans, on their way of life, although the majority of Europeans do not by and large no culture, no morals.
